The Bahookie Ceilidh Band

Contemporary Ceilidh with Live DJ. All graduates of the prestigious Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow, Bahookie features professional players who are in demand across many genres. The band headlined this year's St Andrew's night SHINDIG ceilidh event LIVE in George Square, Glasgow in front of thousands of revellers. Members of the band can be seen regularly performing with the likes of the RSNO, Orchestra of Scottish Opera, and also at Celtic Connections and Tartan Week in New York to name but a few. As a band at the cutting edge of contemporary ceilidh music, Bahookie have been gigging for over 10 years and are well established as a top band in the scot/rock/ceilidh scene. The band have played in most of Scotland's top hotels and also completed many foreign trips across the globe.
